What exactly is included in the tour price?
Absolutely everything for your holiday: a premium hotel, full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner), the spa complex, the heated pool, all the excursions in the programme, and transfers from the airport and back. In winter, a ski-pass and ski equipment are included too. The only thing not included is the flight or train tickets to Sochi.
Is it safe? Who's responsible for the group?
We've been running tours for 12 years — safety comes first for us. An experienced guide is always with the group. Every route has been checked hundreds of times, the transport is insured and the hotels are certified. We haven't had a single incident in all our years of work.
How does booking work?
It couldn't be simpler: you leave a request — we call back within 15 minutes, help you choose the perfect tour and dates and answer all your questions. Once confirmed, you make a deposit and your spot is booked. No bureaucracy.
Can I cancel or reschedule the tour?
Yes, we understand that plans can change. Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 14 days before the tour starts. If you cancel later, we only retain the costs actually incurred. We always try to meet you halfway.
Isn't it too expensive? Is it worth the money?
Do the maths: a 4–5 star hotel, three meals a day, the spa, the pool, all the excursions and transfers — booking it all separately would cost two to three times more.
